Deployment Month 1

Well, it has been 1 month!! And what a month! We have gone through our share of illnesses! Daddy got bitten by a spider in Portugal! A few antibiotic shots and many pills later, it has been reduced to a little scab (or so I'm told...still haven't gotten the picture from KC). Aidan and I have battled a cold and the flu. Trix and Orb are the only family members to remain healthy!

Phone calls home from Daddy: 5 or 6
Number of times Aidan says, "Let's go pick up Daddy at the boat": 35 (at least once a day)

Aidan is definately over Daddy being gone! He is asking for him all the time! I just keep telling him that Daddy is on the boat on the ocean and we can't get him yet! Everytime someone calls he picks up the phone and thinks it is Daddy. And, of course, when it really was Daddy, he was convinced it wasn't! Too funny!
