We received a phone call from KC the other day saying that our Rhode Island Trip was cancelled. KC will not be going when we thought he was and he will be returning with the ship in June. I am disappointed but I am so thankful that he is coming home sooner than expected. The only downfall is that we were told that he has duty on the day the ship pulls in. So, like a good Navy family, we will go have dinner with Daddy on the ship on pull-in day and we will pick Daddy up the day after. We are almost there! Hangin' in!
Got a video from Tigger entitled, "Tigger's Night Out". I was told not to post it until after a certain date!! It is extremely funny! I will share when I get permission! Keep checking back for updates!
Just got back from a quick trip home! Missy graduated from college so we had to celebrate! WOOHOO! GO Missy!

Almost there!
Well, we are about 1 month away from the end of the deployment. Aidan and I have big plans to meet daddy in Rhode Island where KC is going for schooling. I know we are all getting anxious to be together as a family again!!!
Daddy has sent many post cards from various ports all over Europe. Aidan has learned so much! We also got a special video of daddy reading 2 stories to Aidan. It was so great to "see" daddy. Aidan had mixed reactions to the video. He was happy to watch but sad when it was over! I recorded the reaction to send to Daddy! Daddy got it a few weeks later and LOVED every minute of the video!
Grandpa came for a quick visit and played trains with Aidan! A great time was had!
We have met new friends and played hard at parks all over Jacksonville! Here are some pics:
