Breast Cancer 3 Day-Funds NEEDED!

Please help!! My mother-in-law and her sister have formed a team for the Breast Cancer 3-Day in Tampa, FL October 31-November 2, "Dottie Did It" !!!I will have a link in this post where you can donate directly to their team. Every little bit counts! Each of these women have to raise $2200 in order to walk! With each small donation, they get closer to their goal.




As some of you know, Kasey's mom, Dottie, battled breast cancer last year again after 18 years. She had faith that this was not going to beat her. She also had the love and support of her family! (And she had a good looking oncologist!!) After major surgery to remove her remaining breast she underwent chemotherapy. Chemo took a lot out of Dottie, including her hair and fingernails, but she kept on! After chemotherapy was complete, she developed a blood clot in her port. (A medical device placed directly into a major vein so that she doesn't have to get poked in the arms for each chemo treatment) So, the port was removed and she was placed on blood thinners. I am happy to report that she is no longer needing blood thinners anymore!!! So, we hope, this whole mess is finally over! Thank God!!




This event means so much to Dottie, and really, to all of us that watched her go through this ordeal. She is really looking forward to participating in this 3 day, 60 mile walk!! And we all know, if Dottie sets her mind to it, she can do it!!!!!!!!!!! Please help her to realize her goal by contributing anything you can so she can walk in this event after battling breast cancer.........and beating it........twice!!!!!!!!!! She can be such and inspiration to other women that may be facing this diagnosis!
